In practice, gaps in the schedule at the end of the session are often used used for re-observations of programmes, which may have suffered from minor problems during previous runs. It is for this reason that the final list of observations made in each session are only compiled at the end of the session. Details of observationd for each programme are then e-mailed to all authors of the proposal as soon as possible after the end of the sesion. However, we welcome enquiries about the status of current programmes at any stage.
Once the observations have been made, you should arrange a visit to Jodrell Bank to process the data.
